What you do is valuable.Prove it.

We build sovereign data infrastructure that turns your operations into audit-ready proof, for African trade and impact sectors.

Why we exist

Right now it lives in disconnected tools you do not own, processed on platforms headquartered elsewhere, compounding value for everyone except you.

That is not sovereignty. It is dependency.

We build the alternative: sovereign data infrastructure for trade provenance and impact reporting, running on your systems, answering to you, and yours to keep.

The proof gap, in practice

They happen every harvest, every reporting cycle, every grant closure.

Rough uncut green gemstone

Taita Taveta, Kenya

Tsavorite. Sold below its worth.

Tsavorite garnet is found almost nowhere else on earth. It is considered a uniquely Kenyan product, the most sought-after stone by miners and dealers because of its rarity and value. The mines are in Taita Taveta. The skill is generational. And yet miners in the county sit on billions of shillings worth of natural resources and continue to wallow in poverty.

The stone is not the problem. Without a verified chain of custody, every stone that leaves the ground is an anonymous stone. Buyers apply a blanket provenance discount. The value leaves with the shipment.

Verified chain of custody turns an anonymous stone into a certified, premium asset.

Kenya's coffee belt

The harvest was good. The proof was not.

Kenya's smallholder farmers grow about 70 percent of the country's coffee. Europe is Kenya's biggest coffee market, purchasing approximately 55 percent of exports, worth about Sh90 billion over the past five years.

That market is now conditional. The EU Deforestation Regulation requires farmers to provide exact GPS coordinates for their coffee farms, allowing EU regulators to check satellite images and determine whether deforestation or land degradation occurred. Non-compliance means losing EU market access entirely. And yet many smallholders are still farming without plot-level documentation, in areas with limited connectivity and no clear path to compliance.

Kenya could lose an estimated KES 90 billion in export earnings over five years for non-compliance. The quality of the coffee is not in question. The documentation is.

A weary programme lead working late at her screen in Lagos

East Africa, every reporting season

Proof gets rebuilt from scratch.

A programme lead is at her desk after midnight. The donor deadline is tomorrow. The work happened: communities were reached, outcomes were real, the numbers exist somewhere. But they exist in three spreadsheets, two partner reports, and a folder of scanned forms that don't quite match.

She is not rebuilding the programme. She is rebuilding the proof of it. From scratch. Again.

This is not an isolated story. It plays out across East Africa every reporting cycle, every grant closure. Donors and registries are no longer asking for better stories. They are asking for source-level proof you still own after the grant closes. Retrospective reporting, trying to find the proof months after the activity, is now a major financial and legal risk. And the organisations most exposed are the ones doing the most work.

Captured once, in the field. Audit-ready every time it is needed.

What's at stake

The world has stopped taking anyone's word for it.

Buyers, regulators, and funders now demand verifiable proof. The organisations that can produce it command the price. The ones that can't absorb the discount.

The numbers behind the shift

0%

Consumer premium for food traceability

Across 72 studies, shoppers pay roughly 32% more when traceability is proven. The reward already exists in the market. Documentation is how you capture it.

East African agri-exports at risk under EUDR

European deforestation rules now demand geolocated proof of origin at the border. Shipments without it face exclusion from the market, regardless of quality.

Net bilateral aid to sub-Saharan Africa

Official assistance is falling and scrutiny is rising. Funders are shifting from trust-based reporting to evidence they can verify. Your next renewal may depend on proof you have not yet built.

What we build

Infrastructure,not software.

We don't sell dashboards. We build the data infrastructure that turns your origin, operations, and outcomes into defensible assets: deployed in your environment, under your control, built around how you actually work.

Origin Secure ยท Overview

How a batch proves its origin

Follow one lot the whole way: GPS-verified boundaries, batch lineage, and the export documentation buyers actually trust.

FAQ

Questions we hear often

From producers, exporters, and programme teams evaluating sovereign proof infrastructure.

Sovereign data infrastructure: production-grade systems that turn your operations into audit-ready proof. We build it around your workflows, deploy it in your environment, and hand it over. You control your data and your operational access permanently.

No. Origin Secure and Impact Secure are one-time builds with full handover. Optional ongoing management is available, but your data, your tenant, and your operational control stay with you. There are no per-seat licences and no vendor lock-in.

East African producers, exporters, cooperatives, NGOs, and implementers who need to prove origin for trade or prove impact for funders, registries, and investors, and who want that proof to stay with them after the project ends.

Origin Secure is provenance infrastructure: verified lineage from source to buyer for agriculture, mining, and crafts. Impact Secure is evidence infrastructure: field capture through to donor, registry, and ESG outputs. Many organisations need one; some need both.

Add-ons run on verified data inside Origin Secure or Impact Secure. If the base proof pipeline is not in place yet, we scope that first. Foresight is only as good as the records underneath it.

In infrastructure deployed in your environment: your cloud tenant, on-premises stack, or governed environment of your choosing. Ivrify retains the platform IP; you control your tenant, your data, and who can access it. We do not hold your operational data on a shared multi-tenant platform.
